Meet the team
LeAnn La Pratt
Owner/Lead Aesthetician
My love of skin care came from a hate relationship with my skin. As a teenager I suffered with acne which continued into my 20’s. In 2001, it led me to an *aesthetician who completely changed my approach to skin care and transformed my skin. My love for helping people transform (I was a full time personal trainer at the time) made transitioning my career an easy one. I love to not only treat and pamper my clients but to educate them as well. Years in the industry have grown me into an ever evolving aesthetician. I am constantly educating myself on the latest products and technologies to bring the very best into The SkinLAB. I consider my clients treasured friends and family and I could not love them and my job more! Rather than saying I am in the beauty industry, I like to say I’m in the confidence business. I believe balance is beauty, not perfection, and confidence brings out the best version of ourselves. When I’m not being a SkinLAB mad scientist, I love to run, dance, snuggle my dog, read, study the bible, eat all the delicious food, and enjoy life with friends, family, and the world’s BEST husband, Brian. I am also a veteran of the United States ARMY.

My skin care journey started at a young age. I loved getting my eyebrows done and getting facials with LeAnn when I was in high school. I achieved a degree from TN Tech in child development and family relations but couldn’t quench my desire to work in Skin Care. Fast forward to today, I am doing what I am truly passionate about…..passing along my knowledge and love of skin care and helping my clients be the best versions of themselves. My cup and life is full with my husband Carson, daughter Saylor (SaySay), and son River (RivyRoo).
RYLIE MCCASLAND

At only 14 years old, I like to say that my life changed for the better when I was put on Accutane. It opened the doors to a brand new world of something that I would one day, make a career out of— skincare! As soon as I graduated high school at 18 years old, I knew that I didn’t want to take the college route like everyone else my age, I had a different passion. From my struggles with cystic acne at such a young age, to falling in love with learning about healthy skin, I knew I wanted to make a difference in the lives of people who lacked confidence in themselves because of the condition of their skin. I took a leap of faith and started Esthetics school! after graduation, LeAnn took me under her wing and furthered my knowledge about the treatment room and showed me how to be the best aesthetician possible. And, here I am today, loving on each and every one of my clients to help them gain all the confidence in the world, all from their skin!
